This is my second time working with Smarthomes Roofing & Remodeling, and I feel like I've asked for a little bit of everything from them. Demolition, roofing, gutters/downspouts, French drains, exterior work, interior work, door replacement, foundation repair, electrical work. They were great from start to finish. Before the paperwork was signed, they met with me to understand my needs and provided adequate details how these needs would be met. With the varying work, they contracted or subcontracted professional and qualified people to get the job done. They were flexible with my availability, explained what they were doing throughout the process, and the gentlemen who did the work addressed shortcomings or modifications as they came up. Franklin, my project manager, did a great job of making sure everything got done in the optimal order, and coordinating all of the tradesmen. He also provided option pricing for additional minor work when I asked for it, and at a fair price. I had a few stipulations about the work around schedule, avoiding tree roots, and a specific footprint/location for a replacement shed, and he took these requests seriously and made sure to honor them. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their house repaired or remodeled.

I highly recommend Smarthomes Roofing and Remodeling! They did a fantastic job painting the entire interior of my home in The Heights. They also repaired Sheetrock that had been damaged due to foundation settling, and the finished work looks excellent.

The team was professional, paid attention to detail, and took pride in their work. I’m extremely pleased with the results and would definitely use Smarthomes Roofing and Remodeling again for future projects. Great work and great service!

I had an excellent experience with SmartHomes Remodeling company! From start to finish, everything was seamless. They provided a very reasonable and affordable estimate that was incredibly detailed and was comparable to other quotes we had received that we believed were inflated due to greed. The owner, Franklin, made the entire process stress-free. Communication was clear and prompt, and they were incredibly easy to work with—no pushy sales tactics, just honest and straightforward advice. They completed the job on time and with high-quality materials, leaving my roof looking great and ensuring everything was done to code. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of roofing services. Truly a 5-star experience!
